I was saved at a young age and every since then, music has always played an important role in my life. At the age of five, I began singing with my sister at different churches. Our family was on deputation raising support to head for Mexico as missionaries. Our mother worked with us on harmony and Scripture memory to recite at the various churches that we went to. We always enjoyed this, especially when most of our time was spent in a van traveling from one place to another. Every since that time, if we were ever in a vehicle for any extended period of time we were singing as a family.

When we returned to the U.S. and began attending Christian School, we were heavily involved in the school music program and in the music program of our local church. When my father started the Dependent Baptist Church in 1993, a trio was started that traveled for a time together. The "Called to Serve" trio was able to put out its only album during this time entitled, "Love is the Reason".

In 1999, the trio broke up because I felt that the Lord was leading me to attend Tennessee Temple University. It was there during orientation that I heard a beautiful girl singing with her sisters. I approached the girl after they were finished and introduced myself. After making a nuisance of myself, I finally won over this girl, and in December of 2000, I made Elizabeth Joy Shrier my wife. Our love for music and our calling for the same ministry has led us to where we are today, singing for the Lord. Along with our little boy Ethan and my sister and her husband, One Focus desires to share our love of music with others be it in a church, a nursing home, a stadium, or someone's living room.

First of all, I would like to say that I love the Lord with all of my heart. I thank God for allowing me to grow up in a wonderful, loving Christian home where I learned very early about Jesus and His love for me. I accepted the Lord as my Savior when I was about four years of age. Singing has always been a very important part of my life. I began singing at the age of three. My family and I were missionaries to the country of Mexico and it was at this early age where I first sang in front of a congregation.

Along with the desire to sing for the Lord, at the age of thirteen I began to have the desire to write songs. The Lord has allowed me the privilege of penning down songs that will be used to honor and glorify Him. It is my prayer that through the words that He gives me, others might come to know Him as Lord and Savior.

I cannot praise my Lord enough for the blessings that He has given to me. In November of 2002, God gave me the greatest blessing of my life when I married my sweetheart Will. There aren't enough words to describe how much his love and support mean to me. Together, we are seeking God's Will for our lives and this ministry. It is our prayer that Jesus will be the one and only FOCUS of our ministry.

Although, in this life I may never get to meet everyone who reads this, I do hope and pray that we will one day meet in Heaven with our wonderful Lord.

God Bless Each And Every One Of You!

I am an absolute lover of singing and music in general. This love for music was instilled in my heart at a very young age. It certainly helps that I come from a very musical family. I started singing around four years old. A few years later, my precious mom, Susan Shrier, spent many a tireless practice teaching my sisters and me how to sing three part harmony. I remember sitting at the piano and having my mom plunk out just my part. At the age of thirteen, my dad led me to the Lord. This was when the music that I sang became real to me. As a result, singing is and always will be a part of who I am While growing up I knew that singing would somehow be a part of what I would do with my life and I prayed that God would send a husband who had the same desires. Well, He did and in December of 2000 I married my best friend and a great singer. God has placed us together so that we might fulfill our dreams of singing for Him together. My husband and I have dreamed big dreams and the Lord has given us the desires of our hearts. A very special joy was added to our little family in July of 2002. His name is Ethan Gregory and he has brought all who know him joy and happiness. I have so much to be thankful for. Thank you God for your many undeserved blessings.

I was brought up loving God and loving the music that worships God. This legacy is one that I am more than happy to pass along. Singing is a very special way for me to show God and others how much I love Him. It is my passion and desire to truly worship God through song. This is why I am so excited for this opportunity to travel and sing for Him. My only prayer is that God will be honored and glorified in everything I do.
